The car-free island Tunø in The Kattegat sea is a lovely and peaceful holiday island with lots of tranquility, idyll, and unique island atmosphere. Like any other small island society, the harbour serves as a vital is a vital connection and a centre of life and activity. The marina is located next to the ferry port. There is an eatery at the harbour and several common areas and peaceful snug corners with tables and benches and a barbecue. The marina is connected to a nice bathing beach with quality bathing water.

The harbour has great bathing facilities, public toilets, and a fun playground with an obstacle course.

The island itself is Tunø’s main attraction. A unique tranquillity and charm reign here, not least because there are no cars in the narrow streets. Tunø’s most iconic landmark is the church, whose tower also serves as a lighthouse – a rare sight and a perfect photo opportunity.
