Scarpetta - Rantzausgade
Scarpetta serves modern Italian classics based on the familiar flavours of Italian cuisine. The restaurant brings together the traditional and the modern, with a focus on Italian ingredients that can introduce Copenhageners to sides of Italy they may be less familiar with.
The menu allows you to put together your meal according to your appetite and what you feel like eating. Start with antipasti before choosing between pizza, pasta or secondo, and round off the meal with dessert. This gives you the freedom to explore different parts of Italian cuisine and choose the dishes that appeal to you most.
Classic Italian cooking is the starting point, but Scarpetta describes itself as both modern and authentic. Traditional cooking meets modern Italian cuisine, while the search for Italian ingredients is an important part of the restaurant’s approach to food. In this way, the menu draws on familiar Italian flavours while also making room for ingredients and sides of Italy that may be less well known in Copenhagen.
Scarpetta has restaurants in both Nørrebro and Islands Brygge, bringing antipasti, pizza, pasta, secondo and dessert together on a menu that you can compose yourself.
