From the Crane Hall in the high-ceilinged Castle Barn with exposed beams and room for 500 people to the more intimate meeting rooms at the castle. And everything in between. Therefore, Hindsgavl Castle is an obvious choice for conferences, courses and meetings of all sizes. If you have special wishes for an event, almost anything can be done here – for example, even larger theme parties "in the open air" in large party tents or teambuilding on land, at sea and in the air on the Old Little Belt Bridge.

If your event extends over several days, Hindsgavl Castle has 120 well-appointed rooms. After a good night's sleep, the breakfast buffet with homemade delicacies from the castle kitchen makes for an ideal start to the next day.

While you are responsible for the professional content, the skilled and creative chefs in the castle kitchen at Hindsgavl Castle are responsible for the pampering. During the day there is delicious catering made with passion and carefully selected ingredients. Fruit, vegetables and herbs largely come from the castle's own vegetable garden – completely fresh when in season and pickled or cooked in other seasons.

The fact that there is such a short way from farm to fork is not only good for the taste. It also benefits the environment. As in the rest of the castle, responsibility and sustainability are on the menu in the castle kitchen. The gardens at Hindsgavl Castel

The park and gardens at Hindsgavl Castle are very beautiful and protected, covering 40.000 square metres of ground. It was originally a baroque-garden, and it is still possible today to see the remains of terraces, ponds, avenues and old trees, all dating from app. 1750. In the early 19th century, the garden was changed into a romatic style. The Tea-pavilion wich has poems written by Hans Christian Andersen, who loved visiting Hindsgavl, and the Eremitage remain. Allthough the Manor and garden are all part of the hotel, the access to the park is free.

It is not permitted to enjoy food or drink in the park, and dogs must be on a leash.
