Lamb meat from the Wadden Sea sludge, farmed in the Wadden Sea National Park. The salty and mineral-rich grass gives a strong and good taste.

The lambs are sold as half and whole lambs. A lamb weighs approx. 25 kg slaughtered.

Once a month, we also deliver special partings that are sold alone, without the purchase of a whole lamb is necessary. Including the following partitions: Lamb chops, lamb back, lamb chops, lamb shank and lamb shank.

Delivery throughout Denmark.

We slaughter from 1 September to approx. March 15th.
