Torkilstrup Kirke

The church is constructed with chalk bricks and painted white. Its abnormal chancel extension has given it a magnificent long stretch, which led to a name "Long Maren". Tomb, baptismal font in Romanesque style and Gothic chancel crucifix. The psalm poet B.S. Ingemann was born in 1789 in Torkilstrup Præstegård.
