At Haderslev harbour, you'll find Sørensens Pølse og Burgerhus, where you can enjoy a unique experience with hotdogs and burgers made from Wagyu beef. This exquisite meat comes from the famous Japanese cattle breed and is supplied directly from the Sørensen Wagyu family farm in Risager near Haderslev. The quality is ensured in collaboration with the local butcher, Slagter Worthmann. The sausages contain at least 20% Wagyu beef, while the burgers are made from 100% Wagyu beef.
