Skelager Church near Aarhus was designed by the Friis and Moltke architect's practice and was consecrated in 1990.

The church, the parish community centre and bell tower are situated around a courtyard enclosed by a decorative wall with arch openings.
The entrance to the church building itself is through a Romanesque-style arch located in the bell tower.
