Spend the night in nature at Lohals

Simple and cosy shelter

The shelter at Bræmlevænget on Nordlangeland offers primitive accommodation with room for approx. 6 adults. Here you will find a campfire site with a grill, table/bench set and the opportunity to enjoy the silence under the open sky. Perfect for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers who want a break in the countryside.

Book or drop in

It is possible to book the shelter online, but you are also welcome to use the site without booking if it is available. The maximum stay is 2 nights, so that more people can enjoy the site.

Show consideration for nature and animals

The shelter site is located close to a fenced area with grazing animals. Therefore, it is important to show consideration and avoid playing loud music. All rubbish must, of course, be taken home with you.

Experiences nearby

Bræmlevænget is located just a few kilometres from Lohals and the coast. Take a trip to the northern tip of Langeland and enjoy the view of the Great Belt, or go for a walk in Vestre Stigtehave – also known as Troldeskoven – with its gnarled trees and coastal paths. It is also not far to Lohals Nordstrand, where you can jump into the blue from the bathing jetty or enjoy the sun on the beach.

Practical information

The shelter is located in an easily accessible natural area and can be reached on foot, by bike or by car. Public transport stops in Lohals, from where it is a short distance to the site. The terrain around the shelter is relatively even, but not suitable for all wheelchair users.
