Roskilde Congress & Sports Centre
At Roskilde Congress and Sports Centre, you can bring your entire professional programme together under one roof – from meetings and workshops to larger conferences, congresses and exhibitions. With 13,500 m² of space, the centre offers meeting rooms, conference halls, exhibition halls and sports facilities, accommodating everything from smaller gatherings to events for up to 2,000 participants.
From the initial planning stage, we help you find the right spaces and coordinate technical requirements, catering and the practical transitions throughout the day. You will have a dedicated contact person who keeps track of the details, allowing you to focus on the programme and your participants.
Roskilde Congress and Sports Centre is centrally located in Roskilde, around 30 minutes from Copenhagen and close to both the motorway network and Roskilde Station. Just outside the centre, you will find 750 free parking spaces with no time restrictions and 20 EV charging points.
Room for activity in your programme
Sometimes participants need more than opportunities to listen, talk and take notes. They also need the chance to move, collaborate and engage with one another in a different setting.
With 6,300 m² of sports facilities, your professional programme can be combined with active breaks, collaborative exercises, professionally focused team-building or other group activities.
This could be a short activity between presentations, a workshop in one of the sports halls or a larger shared session as part of a staff day or kick-off event. We help plan the transitions between meeting rooms, activities, breaks and meals to ensure everything runs smoothly in practice.
The day can also conclude with networking, dinner or a shared evening programme.
