Restaurant RARTSTED

RARTSTED is inspired by Asian cuisine and offers a small but delicious selection of dishes. Every week, a new and exciting dish is added to the menu.

At RARTSTED, both meat lovers, vegetarians, and vegans can enjoy well-prepared meals. You can choose a 2- or 3-course menu with an appetizer, or order à la carte. There is always a tasty vegetarian option on the menu. Their green Thai curry with chicken, vegetables, and rice, as well as their vegan yellow Thai curry with butternut squash, zucchini, and green asparagus are permanent fixtures.

At RARTSTED, the food is never spicy. They prepare aromatic dishes full of flavor. For guests who like it hot, a small glass of their homemade organic chili can be ordered on the side.

Restaurant RARTSTED also serves delicious homemade soft drinks made from their own syrups—such as sea buckthorn-orange, light cola, or aronia-apple-lemon.

RARTSTED produces two types of gin, Limoncello from organic lemons, and Arancello from organic oranges. They also sell their own blends of tea (Earl Grey, Green Sencha, and Herbal Cool herbal tea) and a selection of house-made spice mixes, available directly from the shelves in the restaurant. RARTSTED is also known for its great drinks and events such as concerts, High Tea, and various tastings. These events are often held in the old smithy building located in RARTSTED's cozy courtyard.
