Restaurant Dannebro is bit of an experience. And just as enthusiastic as we are about exploring the animal and plant kingdom and new flavors and combinations, we are just as tireless in our work to refine, adjust, refine, and polish the other indispensable components such as surroundings, ambiance, service, and wine.

The Dannebros kitchen is predominantly organic, and preferably, we get our supplies from talented local producers. Because we have the deepest respect for the raw material and know how it tastes when it has just been picked, snipped, or pulled from the ground.

We gather and collect in our generous nature around us and explore the wonderful abundance that the different seasons offer us, always with gastronomic enthusiasm. An enthusiasm that reaches all the way to the tables in more than one sense, because our chefs are involved in serving.

We always serve seasonal menus, and all menus are accompanied by wines selected by our talented sommelier. The wine menu can be added. The place is rich in experiences - and so it shall remain.
