Restaurant Ballast is located at the marina in the town of Skive. Here, food experiences from the new Nordic and French cuisine are offered, with wines from all corners of the world. Raw materials are carefully selected from the seasonal, sustainable and local selection. The menu therefore varies seasonally according to the season's fresh ingredients.

Both lunch service, snacks and an ala carte menu in the evening are offered, where starter-sized dishes are served, hence the taste experience is wide-ranging. The menu also includes child-friendly dishes thus, the little ones can participate. The restaurant has cozy premises, where the food is served and presented with detail.
