Visit a true little natural pearl in the heart of Klemensker

In the middle of the morainal area in Klemensker, you'll find the Priest's Pond (Præstemosen), almost right beneath the town's church St. Clemens. A shelter and a jetty have been established at the pond very recently and are available to the public all year.

Præstemosen is a peaceful area where nature is allowed to develop relatively undisturbed. The lake is surrounded by grasslands, scrub and smaller stands, which together create good habitats for birds, insects and small animals. Especially in spring and summer, the area is buzzing with life, and you may be lucky enough to experience both waterfowl and amphibians in and around the lake.

The small wooden bridge allows you to get very close to the water, and the area around the shelter invites you to take a break in the open air. Here you can enjoy the silence, eat your food or simply let the calm settle in.
Præstemosen is also an ideal stop on a walking or cycling trip in the area around Klemensker, where the rolling landscape and the open spaces provide a special Bornholm nature experience.
