Pastor Laier Museum

The sculptures and paintings from Rev. Laier´s artistic period (1936-1966) are displayed in his old home. It all started with his much talked about concrete sculpture of Jesus on the cross followed by many bigger and smaller portrait sculptures of Grundtvig, Brorson, H. C. Andersen, etc. 

All the sculptures are made of concrete. This means, that Rev. Laier had only about 20 minutes to finish each piece.
