Madbaren no13 is a modern gastropub where fine dining and speciality beers go hand in hand. The venue is run by a passionate couple with experience from international hotel chains such as Hilton and Marriott, and their ambition is to create relaxed, sociable dining experiences with a focus on quality, flavour and excellent hospitality.

In the kitchen, the team works with carefully selected produce and the finest seasonal ingredients, transforming them into creative dishes inspired by modern gastropub cuisine. The menu offers everything from small-plate dishes to larger signature dishes, inviting you to explore new flavours and enjoy the food together around the table.

Beer is a key part of the experience at Madbaren no13. Here you’ll find one of North Jutland’s largest selections of speciality beers, featuring exciting brews from both Danish and international breweries. The range changes regularly, so there are always new taste experiences on the menu, whilst a well-curated wine list ensures excellent alternatives for beer enthusiasts.

The ambience is inspired by classic New York-style gastropubs, with a relaxed and cosy atmosphere. On sunny days, you can enjoy your food and drinks on the large terrace on Havnegade, just a few minutes’ walk from the ferry terminal and the harbour front.
