The area is incredibly beautiful, providing a fantastic view of the Isefjord.

The Lyngbakkerne are originally a dune and heath area with weathered forest and large areas of heather. In addition to heather, special species such as the Kaszubian vetch, mountain carnation, nodding garlic, and sand leek can be found. The area is great for sledging in winter.
