Since 1999, the family-owned company Kjærstrup has been producing handmade quality chocolate in Snogebæk. Today, you can find Kjærstrup in four locations on Bornholm: Gudhjem, Rønne, Svaneke and Snogebæk.

In Snogebæk and Rønne, you’ll find the full range of handmade chocolate as well as an ice cream bar, while the shops in Gudhjem and Svaneke offer delicious ice cream in charming surroundings.

Kjærstrup is especially known for its handmade cream puffs, available in a variety of flavours such as raspberry and liquorice. When visiting, be sure to try their popular “cream puff soft ice” – your choice of cream puff topped with creamy soft serve and homemade toppings.
