Our kitchen holds the Organic Food Label in bronze, ensuring that 30–60% of our ingredients are organic. We use local produce whenever possible and always the best seasonal ingredients.
We have also added 900 square metres of sedum roof, which enhances biodiversity and improves indoor climate.
