Welcome to an oasis of art and experiences.
On a secluded location in the cozy village of Sdr. Alslev on Falster, lies Galleri Syd. The gallery has existed since 1987 and is a unique oasis full of art, life and soul. Here you will find the art on both the house wall, the sculpture park in the garden, ceramics, pictures and even directly on the walls.
Several artists have each left their mark, and there is no doubt that there is room and space for the artists to express themselves, be creative, and this makes the visit to the gallery a special experience.
At Galleri Syd you can experience a wide selection of different types of art from both well-known and lesser-known artists and from both home and abroad.
The gallery invites visitors to use the informal setting inside and out, as well as the diversity of paintings and sculptures, to be inspired in the world of change.
Galleri Syd's starting point was and is the Cobra group's forms of expression – where paintings and sculptures would break with the norms and styles of the time and encourage spontaneity and with a strong choice of colours.
