The current main building of Møllerup Estate was constructed in 1681, but the remains of Marsk Stig’s ancient castle are well preserved in its foundations and continue to be a significant part of the estate’s long and rich history. The side wings and Hubertus Inn date back to the early 18th century. The estate exudes a deep sense of history, and the distinctive yellow half-timbered buildings transport you straight into the past.
