Bøffelkobbel Skov - Free tenting in forest

Small forest at the roundabout between Nybøl and Dybbøl. Bøffelkobbel Skov covers 14 hectares and is a state forest where tenting is permitted. The forest borders the privately owned Østerskov, and only the eastern end is state forest.

Located at least 1.6 kilometres from the Gendarmstien quality hiking trail. Dogs must be kept on a leash.

NB. There is no fire place in the forest, which is why cooking can only take place over a storm kitchen with a sealed burner, such as a Trangia.
