Just outside Svaneke, gourmet pasta is produced using Bornholm-grown durum wheat, fresh Danish eggs and carefully selected ingredients, all with a focus on flavour and quality.
Behind Pastariget are Susanne Bloch and Finn Harild, whose passion for quality ingredients and craftsmanship has resulted in pasta recognised for its taste and exceptional quality. Local ingredients play a key role, and the ambition is to keep as much of the production rooted on Bornholm as possible.
At Frennegaard, visitors can explore the farm shop and discover the products that have made Pastariget one of Bornholm’s unique food experiences. Here, local ingredients, skilled craftsmanship and a passion for good food come together in pasta that proves great pasta can come from Bornholm too.
