"Obelisken" is measuring 12 meter high, and is located in the middle of the roundabout in Birk.

The Obelisk was performed by Carl-Henning Pedersens and became his last major project in Herning. "Obelisken" was raised in 2003, where it marked the artist's 90th birthday.
