6 June 2026 - 13 June 2026. Kulturfest Herning is an annual culture festival where citizens and visitors can experience, try, hear, feel and discover the cultural life of Herning Municipality.

In 2026, the theme is “When we meet…”. The theme focuses on community, connections and the experiences that arise when people meet across differences, interests and traditions.

During the culture festival, experiences move into the streets, public spaces, shops and venues across the city. Visitors can enjoy concerts, music experiences, events, performances, creative activities, workshops and family experiences in the city centre and across the municipality.

The city centre becomes a natural meeting point where culture, shopping, cafés and summer atmosphere come together. Kulturfest Herning invites cultural associations, volunteers, businesses, artists and citizens to take part and help create life in the city from morning until evening.
