Hiking route: Jerselv - 8.5km - 6.7km - 3km
The routes by Jerslev (8.4 km, 6.7 km og 3 km) takes you past the beautiful farm "Teglgården" and a solid playingground, where you can listen to the story about the squirrel called "Far from home". Additionally, 3.2km of the 6.7km route is accessible for wheelchair users.
In the middle of Brønderslev Kommune and in central Vendsyssel, the town Jerslev is located with it's roughly 400 houses. The city consists of a school, two kindergardens, a nursing home, a doctor, two social houses, a bar, and two super markets.
Borgen: "Borgen" is an abandonned school, which was build in the beginning of the 1900s. In 2008, the building was thoroughly renovated and is now a place for multiple of the city's unions.
Playground: There is a playground in the city's old park. The playground has recently been renovated to a more modern standard with a secure falling surface.
Ø-Gadekvarteret: A newly established part of the city with beautiful houses.
Teglgården: Teglgården is a beautiful and old generational farm, build in 1871. The farm is situated in beautiful and almost unspoiled nature.
Langthjem: An area which used to a part of a huge drysvamp.
