Michael and Poul, who are your hosts at Fugleviglund, have moved to Funen from Surrey in England and will with Fugleviglund in connection with their own life, create a more down-to-earth connection to the things they deal with and at the same time find a sanctuary that lies in a beautiful nature.

They are both food-loving people who love good and honest food made from good ingredients, and they also want to reflect that with what they offer in their café. There will be products that are marked by their travel activities. They will continuously try to adjust their supply according to the demands that they sense. The underlying thread is to create an overall experience, and to be able to share the beautiful nature in the area, offer a refreshment and something good to meet the appetite, and at the same time be able to offer produce that for a large part are localy made on Funen, but not exclusively. The common denominator will be quality and revolve around food, kitchen and flowers/plants as well as creating a small environment for togetherness, well-being and coziness.
