The tradition around food at Christmas is also special, and that is why at Fanø Krogaard we have put together a Christmas menu with everything that belongs, which can also be adjusted to the size of the party.
CHRISTMAS MENU:
FIRST COURSE Herring with beetroot, blackcurrant, and cream cheese
SECOND COURSE Fanø salmon with pickled mustard seeds and dill sauce Egg and hand-peeled shrimp with lemon mayonnaise Served with bread and butter
THIRD COURSE Confit duck with figs and prunes Sausage and Danish meatballs (frikadeller) with red cabbage, caramelized potatoes, and gravy
DESSERT Risalamande and cherry sauce
