The terrace is available for use.

The walking distance to Sønderborg city centre is approximately 2.1 kilometres. City bus line 4 runs from the bus station to the neighbourhood, and there is a bus stop just 130 metres from the house. The route is in operation Monday to Friday, but not on Saturdays, Sundays or 24 and 31 December.
