Round Funen for listed vintage wooden ships

Fyn Rundt for Bevaringsværdige Sejlskibe is an annual sailing event in week 30, where 30–40 historic Sejlskibe (sailing ships) sail around Funen. The fleet visits several ports, highlighting maritime heritage and classic wooden vessels.

In 2026, Svendborg is the final harbour for Fyn Rundt. On Friday, 24 July 2026, the ships arrive throughout the day and berth along the quay. Their arrival creates a lively harbour with stalls, music and close-up views of the ships as they come in one by one.

Food stalls and seating line the waterfront, and visitors can follow the action on the quay. Selected ships also offer sailing experiences, for a day or the full week.
