The Great Winter Swim Day isn’t about being tough, but about feeling the sea, the cold, and the community.
Feel the refreshing spirit of winter in Løkken when Løkken Winter Swimmers, North Shore Surf, and HAVS invite you to the most invigorating event of the year on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM by De Maritime Huse and Løkken Pier.
The event is free and open to everyone – from seasoned winter swimmers to curious first-timers – offering cold thrills, warm drinks, and plenty of laughter in the raw and beautiful dune landscape.

11:00 – Group winter swim in the North Sea
11:15 – Warm and cold drinks and social gathering by De Maritime Huse

Participation: Free, no registration required
Facilities: Changing rooms, sauna, and showers at De Maritime Huse
Refreshments: Free hot coffee and tea for all participants
Parking: Free parking nearby
Bring: Swimwear, water shoes, towel, and warm clothes
